Pink Floyd have released 18 concert recordings from 1973 on streaming services. The shows cover the period immediately after the release of their classic The Dark Side Of The Moon album, spanning March-November of that year.

The shows can be found in the “compilations” section of the band’s discography on Spotify.

It’s not the first time the band have released under the radar archive live recordings. Late in 2021 they released a dozen concerts from 1970 through early 1972, and last year they dropped 18 concerts from ’72 that showed the fascinating evolution of The Dark Side Of The Moon as they workshopped the album in concert over a series of shows before recording it. These concerts were only available on streaming services for a couple of months before disappearing.

It’s been a busy year for the much-loved group. The stand-alone release of the newly remastered The Dark Side Of The Moon on CD, LP and Blu-ray was released in October. First released as part of The Dark Side Of The Moon 50th Anniversary Box Set, this marked the first time that the new remaster of the classic album will be available on its own. The Blu-ray contains the Dolby Atmos and a 5.1 Surround mix as well as the remastered Stereo version. The package comes with commemorative postcards, stickers and a 24-page booklet.

March 2023 saw the release of the deluxe edition of the album. The set included the 2023 remaster of the studio album on CD and vinyl plus Blu-Ray + DVD audio featuring the original 5.1 mix and remastered stereo versions. The set also includes a new Blu-ray disc of Atmos mix plus The Dark Side Of The Moon – Live At Wembley Empire Pool, London, 1974 on CD and LP.
