Liam Gallagher today announced that he will be releasing a new single for the festive season, called All You’re Dreaming Of.

The song, which marks Gallagher’s first foray into Christmas music, will be available on 27th November, with all proceeds going to benefit Action For Children, a charity which supports vulnerable young people around the UK.

Taking to Twitter to discuss All You’re Dreaming Of, Liam Gallagher suggested the song was like “Imagine meets Wonderful Life” referring to the John Lennon song and the 1946 Christmas movie, It’s A Wonderful Life.

He also shared a snippet of the song and accompanying video on his Instagram, which can be seen below.

In classic Liam Gallagher fashion, he also went on to call it “an instant classic” while suggesting that “Bing Crosby would have been proud”. He also remarked that, “considering the year that we’ve all had, I hope this brings back some much needed love and hope.”

It marks a busy time for Liam Gallagher who, as well as releasing the charity single, has also announced the vinyl box set of his 2019 album, Why Me? Why Not, as well as his Down By The River Thames event, which sees the singer performing a virtual gig recorded on a barge travelling along the Thames. The show will be available exclusively on MelodyVR on 5th December. He told fans he had a “celestial announcement” to share, after fans began speculating as to what he was up to, with some having seen – and heard – him take to the Thames on 6th November.

a 12″ of Liam Gallagher’s charity single, All You’re Dreaming Of, can be pre-ordered and purchased directly from his website.
