Morissette will be joined by Ingrid Andress, Lainey Wilson, Madeline Edwards, and Morgan Wade to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the “CMT Next Women of Country” franchise with the female-empowerment anthem You Oughta Know. Stefani will team with Carly Pearce for a world premiere collaboration.

This is in addition to the previously announced stars, including Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, Cody Johnson, Jelly Roll, Kane Brown + Katelyn Brown, Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini, The Black Crowes + Darius Rucker, Tyler Hubbard and Wynonna + Ashley McBryde.

Rising stars Avery Anna, Chapel Hart, Jackson Dean, Lily Rose, Megan Moroney and Nate Smith will perform from the Ram Trucks Side Stage. Shania Twain will be honored with the CMT Equal Play Award at the ceremony.

Ballerini and Brown will return as co-hosts of the 2023 CMT Music Awards, which will air live from Moody Center at Austin, Texas, on April 2 from 8 p.m., ET on the CBS Television Network. The show will also be available to stream live and on-demand on Paramount+.

Recently, Alanis Morissette – along with Paramore, and Foo Fighters – was among the first acts announced for Boston Calling 2023. Taking place across Memorial Day Weekend in Allston, Boston Calling will also feature The Lumineers, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Queens Of The Stone Age, The National, The Flaming Lips, Bleachers, Niall Horan, King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard, Maren Morris, The Walkmen, Chelsea Cutler and more.

Paramore’s appearance will follow the 10 February release of their widely-acclaimed new album, This Is Why. This group recently released the next single from the album with a short Instagram clip, C’est Comme Ça. The band have also released the singles The News and the title track This Is Why from the new album.
