Wychwood Festival has revealed Sam Ryder as their final headliner for 2023, performing on Sunday 4 June. He joins previously announced headliners Happy Mondays and Travis, who will perform at Wychwood for their only festival appearance in the South of England in 2023.

Also announced today are rock band Sleeper and Mark Watson, who will headline the comedy tent on Saturday 3rd June. Across the weekend they will be joined by a huge line-up, including Ash, Melanie C, Soul II Soul, Heather Small, The Proclaimers, Scouting For Girls, The Beat, Toploader, The Dualers, Republica, Thrill Collins, The Electric Swing Circus and Mr Motivator.

Based at the Cheltenham Racecourse in Gloucestershire, the Wychwood Festival has a family-friendly reputation. The event’s mission statement says, “We pride ourselves on having a massive programme of workshops and activities for all the family to get involved in. This year we’re excited to be hosting over 100 workshops and activities for all ages. We’ve announced a handful so far including magic workshops, circus skills, interactive story telling, junk drumming, bleephaus electronic music, art & crafts workshops, street theatre, buskers and so much more.”

“We’re proud to say that Wychwood offers a safe, family friendly environment, and we’re big enough to have LOADS to explore but small enough to know your family are safe. This provides a great environment to let your teens enjoy the festival with a little independence!”
