Paolo Nutini Announces Run Of Intimate UK Shows For May
Paolo Nutini has announced a run of intimate UK live dates, which commence this Saturday at Sheffield’s Leadmill. He will then play four nights at London’s 100 Club next week and two shows at the Corran Halls in Oban. Tickets will go on sale at 9am BST tomorrow, May 10.
Nutini will follow the live dates by headlining TRNSMT and Victorious Festivals, playing sold-out outdoor shows inBristol and Belfast, and performing at Liam Gallagher’s huge Knebworth Park show. Meanwhile, European dates include a tour of Italy in July as well as the Montreux Jazz Festival, Andalucia Big Festival and Lollapalooza Berlin.
Hailing from Paisley, the singer-songwriter is one of Scotland’s most successful musicians. His 2006 debut These Streets (2006), peaked at number 3 on the UK Albums Chart. Its follow-up, Sunny Side Up (2009), debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart. Both albums have been certified quintuple platinum by the British Phonographic Industry.
