Frightened Rabbit Announce 10th Anniversary Edition Of ‘Pedestrian Verse’
Frightened Rabbit have announced a 10th-anniversary edition of their fourth studio album Pedestrian Verse.
The album will be available as a double LP featuring the original 12-track album with an additional 11 bonus tracks on a second disc on either clear or recycled vinyl. Fans can also find it as an expanded CD featuring the 11 bonus tracks. Also released are three 7″ singles – The Woodpile, Backyard Skulls and Late March. Death March. All formats can be pre-ordered here.
Also released to celebrate the album’s anniversary is an 84-page perfect bound lyric book – an exact replica of Scott Hutchinson’s original lyric book from the time of recording the album, detailing the evolution of songs contained on the release and offering a unique insight into the band’s writing process, as well as a host of original illustrations and drawings.

“Pedestrian Verse has always been the album we were most proud of as a band. It was written collectively and I think was the best and most mature example of Scott’s songwriting,” Frightened Rabbit said in a joint statement.
“That’s why we wanted people to see his lyric notes here and get an insight in to how he works on a song from start to finish. We’re immensely proud of this album and will be forever grateful for where it took us.”
