Dua Lipa Shares ‘Barbie’ Single ‘Dance The Night’: Watch
Dua Lipa has shared her new single, Dance The Night, which is her contribution to the soundtrack for Greta Gerwig’s new Barbie movie.

The single was produced by Mark Ronson, Andrew Wyatt, and the Picard Brothers. The video includes a cameo from Gerwig, watch below. Dance The Night was co-written by Lipa, Wyatt, Caroline Ailin, and Ronson.
Barbie will be released in cinemas on Friday 21 July, and the soundtrack is out the same day. Additional contributors to the soundtrack include Lizzo, Tame Impala, Ice Spice, and Haim.
It was announced back in April that Lipa will be appearing as part of the star-studded cast of the upcoming Barbie movie. The highly-anticipated film is due to hit cinemas on 21 July. The singer announced her role in the film with a post on Instagram on 4 April. “This Barbie is a mermaid!!” She wrote in the caption.
The film will star Margot Robbie as the titular icon and Ryan Gosling as her love interest, Ken. Until today, the rest of the cast was kept under wraps. Joining Robbie’s classic Barbie is Issa Rae’s president Barbie, Kate McKinnon’s gymnast Barbie, Nicola Coughlan’s diplomat Barbie, Alexandra Shipp’s writer Barbie, Emma Mackey’s physicist Barbie, Ritu Arya’s journalist Barbie, Sharon Rooney’s lawyer Barbie, Hari Nef’s doctor Barbie and Ana Cruz Kayne’s judge Barbie. Other stars set to appear are Michael Cera, Helen Mirren, Will Ferrell and Jamie Demetriou.
